Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Board of Public Education or another vendor chosen through the City bid process for the purpose of providing meals in connection with the 2021-2022 Food Service Program in the Department of Parks and Recreation. The total cost shall not exceed Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Pittsburgh Board of Public Education or another vendor chosen through the City bid process for the purpose of providing professional services for the 2021-2022 Food Service Program for the benefit of the resident of the City of Pittsburgh. The total cost shall not exceed Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00), and shall be chargeable to and payable from the Food Program Trust Fund from the following chart of accounts 5000285500.53901.00, 5000285500.53907.00, 5000285500.54101.00, 5000285500.56151.00 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Said agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
