Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Paul Surgent, 10 Wakefield Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15213, in the amount of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Dollars and Twenty Nine Cents ($4,999.29) in settlement of a claim for damage to a parked vehicle from a City ES vehicle on January 5, 2021, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2021.
