Title: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional service agreement or agreements with Cordico, Inc ("Cordico"). and the Young Men and Women's Hebrew Association and Irene Kaufman Centers, d/b/a Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh (the "JCC"), and related subscription agreement or agreements with Cordico, for the creation by Cordico of a wellness application to provide mental health and wellness services to employees of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, Bureau of Fire, and Bureau of EMS (the "Bureaus"), and their families; and further, pursuant to Chapter 210 of the City Code ("Acceptance of Gifts to City"), accepting a donation of funds from the JCC, with a value of Sixty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($67,500.00), to pay for the initial one-year term of such agreements for the wellness app.

WHEREAS, the City desires to provide mental health and wellness services to employees of the Bureaus and their families; and

WHEREAS, the City desires to engage Cordico to develop a wellness app for the Bureaus to provide customized mental health and wellness services to Bureau personnel and their families; and

WHEREAS, the JCC, through the 10.27 Healing Partnership, has received a grant for the Department of Justice's Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program that can be used to support mental health and wellness of individuals who work for entities responding to acts of terrorism or violence, and the JCC wishes to use funding from such grant to pay for one year of the wellness app for employees of the Bureaus and their families;
