Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Duquesne Light Company c/o Carolyn K. Cingel, 411 Seventh Avenue, Mail Drop 16-1, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, in the amount of Two Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Seven Dollars and Twenty Eight Cents ($2,697.28) in settlement of a claim for damage to wooden light pole near 921 Blackadore Street by a City Environmental Services vehicle on September 30, 2019, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2021.
