Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

                     Resolution 223 of 2020 is amended as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution amending Resolution 223 of 2020 authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor into a Professional Services Agreement with Hawke McKeon & Sniscak, LLP, 100 North Tenth Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101 for legal services in connection with PUC matters, by increasing the total spend by $150,000.00, in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($50,000.00) Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($200,000.00), , chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:
