Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation from First Tee of Pittsburgh in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) DOLLARS, for site work at the new clubhouse located in the Bob O’Connor Golf Course at Schenley Park. Donated monies shall be deposited into SCHENLEY PARK GOLF COURSE, JDE JOB NO, 4575000821.48311.00.
