Title

Resolution approving the recommendation made by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure that Cerise Place be paved with asphalt in accordance with Section 417.06 of the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Pittsburgh City Council by Ordinance 42 of 2018 amended Section 417.06 of the City of Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances requires final legislative approval of City Council should the Director of Mobility and Infrastructure recommend asphalt paving of a street that is currently brick, block stone, wood, or concrete.

 

WHEREAS, A section of Cerise Place is currently concrete and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure recommends that such street have an overlay of asphalt.

 

WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh of wishes to advance the paving of Cerise Place with an asphalt overlay as recommended by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure 

 

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1: The Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure is authorized to pave Cerise Place from Cerise Street to the Dead End with an overlay of asphalt.
