Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Center for Police Research and Policy housed within the University of Cincinnati to engage in a process and outcome evaluation of training and technical assistance as part of the Academic Training to Inform Police Responses initiative.
