Title: Resolution amending Resolution No. 848 of 2019, authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Amended Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. for security guard services, in order to increase compensation in accordance with applicable collective bargaining wage rates. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Amended Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. for security guard services in an amount not to exceed TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,482,000) THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,314,000), with annual not-to-exceed amounts as set forth below for each respective budget year subject to the availability of funds and annual Council appropriations. Compensation under said Amended Agreement(s) shall be in compliance with and subject to any applicable requirements, including but not limited to collective bargaining commitments and the City of Pittsburgh Service Worker Prevailing Wage Ordinance. The payments due under said Amended Agreement(s) shall be chargeable to and payable from the following JDE account codes:

Section 2.                     Said Amended Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
