Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Duquesne Light Company c/o Carolyn K. Cingel, 411 Seventh Avenue, Mail Drop 16-1, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, in the amount of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Five Dollars and Thirty Six Cents ($7,235.36) in settlement of a claim for damage to wooden light pole at the intersection of Queenston & Fairland Streets by a City Environmental Services vehicle on February 27, 2020, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2021.
