Ordinance accepting the name change of a portion of UNIVERSITY DRIVE A and UNIVERSITY DRIVE B to a new street name, DAMMOND DRIVE and accepting the name change of a portion of UNIVERSITY DRIVE C and a portion of UNIVERSITY DRIVE A to a new street name, UTTERBACK DRIVE in the Fourth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh as per recommendation by the City of Pittsburgh Addressing Committee (CPAC). The following street names were approved by CPAC in May 2021. The names listed in this ordinance shall be made official in accordance with the Pittsburgh Code, Title Four, Public Places and Property, Chapter 420 Uniform Street Naming and Addressing.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the name of a portion of UNIVERSITY DRIVE A and UNIVERSITY DRIVE B be changed to the new street name of DAMMOND DRIVE, along its entire length beginning at its intersection with UTTERBACK DRIVE (former portion of UNIVERSITY DRIVE C and portion of UNIVERSITY DRIVE A) at its westerly end to its intersection with Parkman Avenue at its easterly end, shall be and the same is hereby approved, located in the Fourth Ward.
Section 2. That the name of a portion of UNIVERSITY DRIVE C and a portion of UNIVERSITY DRIVE A be changed to the new street name of UTTERBACK DRIVE along its entire length beginning at its intersection with Allequippa Street at its northwesterly end along its entire length to its intersection with Centre Avenue at its northeasterly end shall be and the same is hereby approved, located in the Fourth Ward.
