Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Independent Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of Twenty Nine thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-Nine Dollars ($29,399.00) for restoration work on Magee Street, chargeable to and payable from 4026748616.54207.00.
