Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District (Corps) in the amount of One Hundred and Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred and Two Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($172,502.26), for work in collaboration with the Saw Mill Run Local Protection Project 6000900119.54207.00.
