Resolution amending Resolution 238 of 2020, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an agreement with Cohen Law Group and CTC Technology & Energy for the renegotiation of the City’s Cable Franchise Agreements with Comcast and Verizon, and certain additional telecommunications consulting services; and further providing final payment to SmartWorks Partners for work provided under an agreement authorized by Resolutions 741 and 748 of 2018” to increase the total not-to-exceed amount for additional telecom and small cell facility support to a total of five hundred thirty-one thousand two hundred thirteen dollars and seventy cents ($531,213.70) and to add an authorized signer.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution 238 of 2020, effective May 26, 2020 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to enter into an amended Agreement or Agreements with Cohen Law Group, and CTC Technology & Energy for renegotiation of the City’s Cable Franchise Agreements with Comcast and Verizon, and for consultation on development of fiber and wireless telecommunication assets and policy in an amount not to exceed five hundred twenty thousand, nine hundred twenty six dollars and five cents ($520,926.05) five hundred thirty-one thousand two hundred thirteen dollars and seventy cents ($531,213.70), chargeable to and payable from the following code accounts:
