Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, the Director of the Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to enter into relevant agreements or execute required purchase orders for two Throwbot 2 robots with Recon Robotics at a cost not to exceed Twenty-Six Thousand Six-Hundred and Eight Dollars ($26,608), chargeable to and payable from the following account:
