Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution No. 797 of 2017, effective December 28, 2017, as amended, which presently reads asper Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with these community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and /or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities on behalf of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable and payable from the listed code accounts of the 2018 Community Development Block Grant program.
