Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. the Mayor and the Director of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a three (3) year Contract or Agreement with CherryRoad Technologies, permitting the provision of cloud solutions identified to Participating States once a Participating Addendum to the National Association of State Procurements Officials (NASPO) Agreement has been signed. CherryRoad Authorizing Technologies will provide the City with all equipment and software required to support the JDE application including: IBM and Windows servers and supporting software for their PROD, DEV/TEST, and PROD/DR environments of the JDE system, including hardware maintenance. This will allow us to provide the continuation of JDE services to our City staff without interruption and develop enhancements as requested by and to the benefit of City staff. This will provide the City with the support needed to evaluate the effectiveness of the current ERP system and to review the ERP requirements of the future to meet the needs of the City of Pittsburgh at a sum not to exceed One Million and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,050,000).

Section 2. Funds for said agreement shall be paid from the following accounts:
