Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department on Finance and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute all relevant documents to transfer to PennDOT, in cooperation with a PennDOT construction project, certain temporary construction easement rights within certain properties in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh described and depicted in the plan attached as Exhibit A and as further described below:

 

All that certain parcel of land situated in City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bound and described according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation S.R. 0885 Section A46 R/W and S.R. 8004 Section A03 R/W plan to be recorded in the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate Office. Containing 1.226 Acres (53,405 Square Feet)
