Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreement(s) with Information Age Technologies, Inc, for the CoPilot Annual Subscription Fee for the Healthy Active Living Senior Centers’ Software Subscription used to collect data and reporting of services to Allegheny County Department of Human Services Area Agency on Aging as mandated by our contract with Allegheny County.   Said agreement(s) shall not have any not-to-exceed amounts, and costs of same shall be determined on an as-needed basis at set negotiated prices over the course of the agreement(s)’ three-year term, to be paid from the appropriate Department of Parks and Recreation Senior Program Trust Fund.
