Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 30 of 2020, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution 633 of 2019, a resolution amending an Agreement or Agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC (“eDocs”) for licensing services and maintenance and support services, to update the Scope of Work at an additional cost not to exceed Thirty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Five Dollars and Forty Three cents ($35,765.43)” is hereby amended as follows.
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Innovation and Performance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements with eDocs in order to continuing licensing OnBase Information Management; to license additional equipment, to purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system, a Unity License with an additional 1 year contract extension. The cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed One Million Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety One Dollars and Fourteen cents $1,008,291.14 over a period not to exceed ten (10) years and shall be payable from the following accounts, subject to the appropriation of City Council in respective budget years:

Section 2. The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
Section 3. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
