Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to accept a donation from The Buncher Company in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS AND SIXTY SEVEN CENTS ($140,955.67) for a portion of the costs associated with installing a traffic signal at 15th Street and Smallman Street in the Strip District and further amending Resolution No. 647 of 2020, effective December 23, 2020, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2021 Capital Budget and the 2021 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2021 through 2026 Capital Improvement Program” by increasing SMALLMAN ST. RECONSTRUCTION by $140,955.67.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to accept a donation from The Buncher Company in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS AND SIXTY SEVEN CENTS ($140,955.67) for a portion of the costs associated with installing a traffic signal at 15th Street and Smallman Street in the Strip District. Donated monies shall be deposited into the Facilities Trust Fund account 6020050121.48106.00.
Section 2. Resolution No. 647 of 2020, effective December 23, 2020, as amended, which presently reads Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
