Resolution authorizing and directing the issuance of a Warrant to the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand dollars, ($25,000.00), in full and final payment for the street tree plantings in the City of Pittsburgh on behalf of the TreeVitalize Pittsburgh partnership.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows
Section 1. The Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand dollars, ($25,000.00) in full and final payment for the street tree plantings in the City of Pittsburgh on behalf of the TreeVitalize Pittsburgh partnership, as approved by the Shade Tree Commission, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from the Shade Tree Trust Fund, fund 28053, Budget Year 2021, 4000285300.54305.00.
