Resolution authorizing the City’s Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into relevant agreements with Sonitrol of Pittsburgh for security through video monitoring and alarm systems, along with repairs at Parks and Recreation facilities at set negotiated prices to be determined over a term of three years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized to enter into a purchasing agreement or agreement(s) with Sonitrol of Pittsburgh for security services through video monitoring and alarm systems, along with repairs at Parks and Recreation facilities. Said agreement(s) shall not have any not-to-exceed amounts, and costs of same shall be determined on an as-needed basis at set negotiated prices over the course of the agreement(s)’ three-year term, to be paid from the appropriate Department of Parks and Recreations operating budget and trust fund accounts at time of purchase. Said agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
