Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from RM-H, Multi-Unit Residential High Density, to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, parcels with no address assigned identified being Block No. 124-J Lots 350 and 355 and parcels with no address assigned identified being Block No. 124-K Lots 65, 66, 68, 69, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 78-A, and  78-B, all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System. 

 

Section 2.                     Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R1D-H, Single Unit Detached Residential High Density, to LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, property at 119 Shetland Street identified as Block No. 124-K Lot 147; parcels with no address identified being Block No. 124-J Lot 358; and parcels with no address identified being Block No. 124-K Lots 123, 123-A, 124, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, and 149, all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System.
