Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into a reimbursement agreement to receive grant funding from the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association for a lighting project on the 18th Street steps and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Mobility and Infrastructre of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association in order to receive a grant of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) dollars for a lighting project on the 18th Street steps in the City. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400347.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Mobility and Infrastructure of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) dollars for a lighting project on the 18th Street steps, under the terms of the agreement between the City and the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400347.53901.00.
