Resolution providing for an Agreement with the Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh, to provide training on the Fair Housing Act to staff of the City of Pittsburgh, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and/or Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, and to private landlords operating in Pittsburgh; and, to provide quarterly presentations and technical assistance on the Fair Housing Act to staff of the City of Pittsburgh, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and/or Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($259,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, and the Director of Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with the Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh, to provide training on the Fair Housing Act to staff of the City of Pittsburgh, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and/or Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, and to private landlords operating in Pittsburgh; and, to provide quarterly presentations and technical assistance on the Fair Housing Act to staff of the City of Pittsburgh, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and/or Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($259,000.00), chargeable and payable from the following accounts:
