Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for municipal incurred costs associated with the construction phase of the 30^th Street Bridge construction project, providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Thousand ($1,600,000.00) dollars; account details to be authorized and encumbered on an individual service agreement basis.

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the municipal portion of Commonwealth Incurred Costs associated with the construction phase of the 30^th Street Bridge construction project, at a cost not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00); chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
