Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution amending Resolution number 262 of 2018, authorizing the Mayor and Director of City Planning to accept a FORTY-SIX THOUSAND dollar ($46,000.00) grant award from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to support the development of a Hill District Parks Master Plan (formerly Kennard Park Master Planning Project), and to combine this funding with the previously-budgeted SIXTY THOUSAND dollar (60,000.00) City match to issue a request for proposals for consultant services. The grant agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited in the JDE Job Number 1129400323.45505.00

Section 2. The Mayor, Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby further authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, under the terms and conditions of this grant agreement with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources outlined in Section 1 of this resolution.
