Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to accept a donation from Allegheny County of the installation Wi-Fi hotspots at the McKinley and Phillips Recreation Center and 24 months of internet service valued at FORTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY FOUR CENTS ($43,703.24) to offer free Wi-Fi to the surrounding community.

Section 2.                     That any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
