Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Amended Lease Agreement or Agreements with Smith & Bowen for operation of a City Senior Center for the remainder of 2021. Such Agreement(s) shall include provisions for accessibility improvements, if needed, to insure access for people with disabilities and may include custodial and maintenance services or provisions of center services to seniors.  Said Agreement or Agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.

The cost of said Agreement or Agreements shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand, Six Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars, and Sixty-Four Cents ($45,673.64), chargeable to and payable from the Seniors Community Program Trust Fund, Account 5000285000.54501.00 for year 2021, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.

 

Section 2.                     That any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
