Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Authorizing the City’s Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire, to execute one or more Fire Hydrant Applications in years 2021-2025 for the placement of hydrants by Penn American Water in the City of Pittsburgh. Any expenditures per hydrant as required by said Applications shall not exceed amounts as determined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and shall be made from the following account: 11101.250000.53.53901, subject to annual appropriation as necessary.
