Resolution providing for a Professional Services Agreement with the Mark Hamilton, Esq. of Tremba, Kinney, Greiner and Kerr, to provide legal representation as the Solicitor of the Commission on Human Relations in an amount not to exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Human Relations Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with Mark Hamilton, Esq. of Tremba, Kinney, Greiner and Kerr to provide legal representation as the Solicitor of the Commission on Human Relations in an amount not to exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00), chargeable and payable from JD Edwards as outlined in Section 2.B.
Section 2.A. This agreement would begin in 2021 with the initial Thirty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($30,000.00), with the City having the option to renew annually for up to two (2) additional years at the rate of Thirty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($30,000.00) per year, but not to exceed a total of Ninety Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($90,000.00) in any event over the course of the total three (3) years contemplated herein.
Section 2.B. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, as requested by the Human Relations Commission, as follows:
