Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Port Authority of Allegheny County (PAAC) for the payment of local costs associated with the Fallowfield Avenue Project being undertaken by the Port Authority of Allegheny County, and further providing for payment of costs not to exceed Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($23,590.48), payable from the following account:
