Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Community Partner Access Agreement or Agreement(s) with the Hazelwood Youth Mentorship and Athletics Association for use of the  Burgwin Community Center in order to provide recreational and community-focused activities. Such Agreement(s) shall be at no cost.

Section 2.                     Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form authorized by the City Solicitor.
