Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Finance are authorized to enter into a contract or agreement with Clark Hill to represent the City as Bond Counsel for the purpose of rendering any and all necessary opinions with respect to the Bonds and preparing such additional documents as may be necessary. Said contract or agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($127,650.00) over a three year period (2021, 2022, 2023) with two one-year options to extend the contract for a total of Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($212,750.00). Charges shall be paid using proceeds from the debt issuance.
