WHEREAS, TB PROPERTY HOLDINGS LLC, has requested this vacation of a portion of Wickliff Street (formerly Wycliffe Streel), a fifty (50) foot right of way, in order to consolidate their property.

All that certain piece of ground being a known as Wickliff Street (formerly Wycliffe Streel), a fifty (50) foot right of way, being proposed for vacation, situate in the 10th Ward, 7th Council District, City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This piece of ground being further described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the northeasterly right of way intersection of said Wickliff Street and McCandless Street, a sixty (60) foot right of way, said point being the southwesterly corner of Lot 20 in H.M. Bissell's Plan of Lots as recorded in the Department of Real Estate of Allegheny County in plan book volume 11 page 64; thence thru the right of way of said Wickliff Street the following three (3) line descriptions:

1) N 47?00'00" W a distance of 13.26 feet to a point; thence
2) N 52?45' 12" E a distance of 56.31 feet to a point; thence
3) S 47?00'00" E a distance of 14.01 feet to a point on the property line of said Lot 20; thence along the property line of said Lot 20 S 53?30'00" W a distance of 56.45 feet to a point at the place of beginning.

Containing an area of 756.64 square feet or 0.0174 acres.

Section 2. This resolution, however, shall not take effect or be of any force or validity unless TB PROPERTY HOLDINGS LLC, shall, within sixty (60) days after the effective date of this resolution, remit to the Treasurer, City of Pittsburgh, the sum of three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200).
