Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh the Director of the Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to enter into a purchasing agreement or execute required purchase orders for Lafayette polygraph equipment and accessories with Lafayette Instrument Company, Inc. at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Eleven Dollars ($15,511.00), chargeable and payable from the following account:
