Resolution authorizing pursuant to Chapter 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to accept a donation of professional services from Value Capture, LLC to provide education and coaching on Leader Learning in turbulent times via virtual sessions to include one-to-one and group sessions of pro-bono work over a (3) three month period, with an estimated value of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500), and further authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an agreement with Value Capture, LLC to set forth the terms of such services

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to accept a donation of professional services from Value Capture, LLC to provide education and coaching on Leader Learning in turbulent times via virtual sessions to include one-to-one and group sessions of pro-bono work over a (3) month period in support of the City’s efforts at operational excellence. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance are further authorized to enter into an agreement with Value Capture, LLC to set forth the terms of such services.
Section 2. Said agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor.
