Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief Equity Officer to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Sister Cities Association of Pittsburgh, as a single-source provider, to manage the City of Pittsburgh’s relationships and programming with its Sister Cities and develop new partnerships with cities throughout the world at a cost not to exceed TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Chief Equity Officer are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) between the City of Pittsburgh and the Sister Cities Association of Pittsburgh, as a single source provider, to manage the City of Pittsburgh’s relationships and programming with its Sister Cities and develop new partnerships with cities throughout the world at a cost not to exceed TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000).
Amounts are chargeable to and payable from the following account:
11101.102100.53.53901.2020
Section 2. Said Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
