Resolution amending Resolution 840 of 2015 entitled “A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Parks to enter into an agreement or agreements with Apply4 Technology, LLC (“Apply4”) in order to license Film and Event Planning software and to purchase maintenance and solution support services. Cost not to exceed $31,405.00;” in order to clarify the start date of the contract as the implementation date of the services rather than the commencement date of the contract, and reflect changes to funding sources.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 840 of 2015 shall be amended as follows:
Section 1. Authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of Parks and/or the Director of Public Safety to enter into an agreement or agreements with Apply4 Technology, LLC (“Apply4”) in order to license Film and Event Planning software and to purchase maintenance and solution support services. The cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred and Five Dollars ($31,405.00) Thirty-Eight Thousand, Four Hundred Five Dollars ($38,405.00) over a period not to exceed three (3) years, with said term beginning on the implementation launch date of the services, with an optional one (1) year extension, and shall be payable from the following accounts subject to the appropriation of City Council in respective budget years:

2018: 11101.500000.53509 $6,507.50
2020: 11101.210000.53509 $7,000.00
TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED: $31,405.00 $38,405.00
Section 2. The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
