Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreement(s) with ERP-One Consulting Inc. for a term of 3 years plus 2 one year options for the provision of day to day managed services of the City of Pittsburgh JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 application currently managed by the Allegheny County Service Center at a sum not to exceed Six Hundred-Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650, 000) over 5 years.

 

Therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.   Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements (s) with ERP-One Consulting Inc. for a term 3 years plus 2 one year options for the provision of day to day managed services of the City of Pittsburgh JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 application currently managed by the Allegheny County Service Center.  This includes consulting, development, project and implementation management, system management and support, strategic innovation and training services, one time Consulting Services Statement of Work for Professional Services to separate the City of Pittsburgh JDE Enterprise One instance from the County instance housed on the IBM AS400 at Allegheny County Service Center.  ($47,000), and an hourly rate for review and documentation of our requirements for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.  These professional services will be provided to meet the needs of the City of Pittsburgh at a sum not to exceed Six Hundred- Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000) over 5 years.

Section 2.   Funds for said agreement shall be paid from the following accounts:

 

Year One:  $250,000 from 11101.103000.53.53509.2021 

Year Two:  $100,000 from 11101.103000.53.53509.2022

Year Three: $100,000 from 11101.103000.53.53509.2023
Year Four: $100,000 from 11101.103000.53.53509.2024

 

Section 3.    Said Agreement or Agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
