Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation from the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for capital investments for the Ammon Recreation Center Rec2Tech remodel. Donated monies shall be deposited into the Facilities Trust Fund account 4550100420.48311.00.
