Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.   Resolution number 193 of 2020, effective April 29, 2020, entitled “Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled "adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget" by transferring a total of $45,000 to the CityFarms capital project” is hereby amended to deleted the 2009 project and job numbers as follows:
