Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution number 675 of 2008, effective January 29, 2009, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2009 Capital Budget and the 2009 through 2013 Capital Improvement Program” which presently reads as per the Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per the Revised Budget Amount.
