Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution 855 of 2011, effective January 1, 2012, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” which presently reads as per the Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per the Revised Budget Amount.
