Resolution amending Resolution 335 of 2019 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to supplement a Professional Services Agreement with a consultant, Eileen Papale, as a sole source to provide professional support services to staff of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure at a new cost not to exceed Twenty One Thousand dollars ($21,000.00), an increase of Six Thousand dollars ($6,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution 335 of 2019 which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the
City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with a consultant, Eileen Papale, as a sole source to provide instruction to new staff of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure at a cost not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) payable from Account

Is here by amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to supplement the Professional Services Agreement with a consultant, Eileen Papale, as a sole source to provide professional support services to staff of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure at a cost not to exceed Twenty One Thousand dollars ($21,000.00), payable from 11101.600000.54.54205.2020.
