WHEREAS, Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA"), owner of certain property in the Liberty Green Park project in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, wishes to dedicate certain properties to the City of Pittsburgh, and the City of Pittsburgh wishes to authorize acceptance of the dedication in accordance with the East Liberty/Larimer Park Cooperation and License Agreement entered into by the URA and City of Pittsburgh on January 9, 2018;

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The dedication of the following parcel is hereby accepted:

Parcel 3-D1 (Map Block & Lot: 83-S-196)

All that piece or parcel of land situate in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a drill hole found in concrete on the northerly right-of-way line of Larimer Avenue, on the west side of Kalida Drive;

Thence running along and contiguous with the said northerly right-of-way line of Larimer Avenue the following two (2) courses and distances:

1. South 51?27'31" West a distance of 61.12 feet to a 3/4" iron pin found;

2. South 50?42'15" West a distance of 66.70 feet to a hub & tack found near a 5" x 5" square steel bollard;

Thence, leaving the said northerly right-of-way line of Larimer Avenue, along and contiguous with a northwesterly line of a tract owned by the City of Pittsburgh and along the existing Larimer Avenue South 50?42'15" West a distance of 275.26 feet to a 3/4" iron pin found, being a point on the radius of a cul-de-sac...
