Resolution providing for an amended reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the multiple phases of the Liberty Avenue Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) construction project, and providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Six Million, Five Hundred Eighty Five Thousand, Five Hundred Fifty Six ($6,585,556.00) dollars; federally reimbursable at ninety percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Two Thousand ($2,000.00) dollars.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for municipal incurred costs associated with multiple phases of the Liberty Avenue Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) construction project, providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Six Million, Five Hundred Eighty Five Thousand, Five Hundred Fifty Six ($6,585,556.00), federally reimbursable at ninety percent, representing an increase of Four Hundred Five Thousand, Five Hundred Fifty Six ($405,556.00) dollars from the original reimbursement agreement 52315, as authorized by Resolution 487 of 2017; account details to be authorized and encumbered on an individual service agreement basis.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the municipal portion of Commonwealth Incurred Costs associated with multiple phases of the Liberty Avenue Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) construction project, at a cost not to exceed Two Thousand ($2,000.00) dollars, representing a decrease of Two Thousand dollars from the amount authorized in City of Pittsburgh contract 52315, as authorized by Resolution 487 of 2017; chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
