Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Chief Equity Officer are hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Cocoapreneur, LLC, in the amount of $15,000 in full and final payment for the sponsorship of events related to small business engagement and education, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from 11101.102100.53.53101.2020.
