Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an access agreement or agreements with the Community College of Allegheny County for purposes of a drive-in movie presentation.

WHEREAS, the Office of Special Events, as part of its 2020 season, is airing a series of drive-in movie entertainment events; and

WHEREAS, the Community College of Allegheny County is willing to act as the host of certain of these events; and

WHEREAS the City of Pittsburgh now wishes to enter into an access agreement or agreements with the Community College of Allegheny County for purposes of holding a drive-in movie entertainment event.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an access agreement or agreements with the Community College of Allegheny County for purposes of a drive-in movie presentation.
